Maya Exploration Center, Inc. only gathers personally identifiable data when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. This information is used solely by Maya Exploration Center, Inc. for internal purposes. Maya Exploration Center, Inc. lists are never sold to third parties. Note to Parents: Maya Exploration Center, Inc., as a non-profit educational organization, encourages children to learn about our organization, the Maya civilization, other ancient civilizations and cultures and art, architecture, archaeology and anthropology in general. However, we encourage parents to assist and supervise their children whenever they are online.

Mission Statement
Maya Exploration Center (MEC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the study of ancient Maya civilization.

MEC does this through support for: 1) the survey and mapping of ruins hidden in the jungles of Mexico and Central America 2) the study of ancient Maya science and 3) the exploration and documentation of Maya architecture.
